More than 25 years of expertise and international experience in sales support have resulted in the concept and realisation of our EuroConsultant. This module, currently running successfully in everyday use, combines all common leasing and financing terms in one calculating engine. By individually adjusting the integrated set of rules and the terms and conditions database, we customise the EuroConsultant to the customer's specific needs and integrate it with the chosen application.

The EuroConsultant contains the following functions:

• linkage with product database to calculate terminal value and ending rate

We provide the calculating engine in a variety of technologies and for different platforms. As a web-service, it is the basis for the real estate financing calculator ImmoConsultant. The C++ or JEE component works successfully in our product configurators, the caravan configurator and the sales workplaces. Using the PDA version EuroConsultant-Mobil all common leasing and financing calculations can be done on the road.
