Managing customer relations
Many other industries have recognised some time ago that only a proactive management of the relations between vendor and buyer can avoid sales crises in advance. It is the issue of "customer relationship management" (CRM). Utilising this method on the one hand targets at maintaining existing customers with the company and thus building a long-term relationship and on the other hand to tap into new groups of customers.
But, this principle can only be applied in part to the caravaning industry.
Despite this fact, caravaning vendors and dealers can benefit from CRM methods.
Eurobase GmbH is an active member of the German caravaning organisations Caravaning Industrie Verband e.V. (CIVD) and Deutscher Caravaning Handels-Verband e.V. (DCHV).
