Customer relationship management
Customer relationship management (CRM) by now has become an integrated part of sales processes for many industries - and in the automotive industry, too. The more information about needs and demands a customer gives, the more accurately offers can be tailor-made. This is the reason why we furnish our sales workplace with continuously enhanced CRM functionality.
This module connects customer data, which is needed for offers and contracts, with the respective transactions. If a vendor uses a CRM system of his own, data is either transferred via an interface or connected to the transaction by using an ID number and thus can be processed there in terms of customer relationship management.

Within many industries there is a growing demand for out-of-office activities. We therefore have developed mobile solutions in the field of sales support for the automotive industry and the caravaning industry.
